Terms of Service

Nebulix Cloud - Legal policy. Last updated: May 18, 2026. Effective: May 18, 2026.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of Nebulix, the Nebulix product website, pricing page, suite subscriptions, and links to individual Nebulix apps. By using the service, creating an account, activating a license, or paying for access, you agree to these Terms.

Nebulix Technologies FZE LLC (SPCFZ License No. 4429986.01; Formation No. 4429986; registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates) operates from the United Arab Emirates ("Nebulix", "we", "us"). You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to use the service for your organisation.

2. Service Scope

Nebulix provides the Nebulix product website, pricing page, suite subscriptions, and links to individual Nebulix apps. Free access includes public website access. Paid access is described as: individual app plans and Nebulix Suite Pro or Suite Team plans shown on the pricing page.

The landing page mainly processes page visits, pricing interactions, support emails, and checkout or payment-link requests.

3. Your Responsibilities

Use the service only for lawful personal or business purposes.
Keep backups of source files, source content, and exported output.
Review generated, transformed, exported, or AI-assisted output before commercial use.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or bypass payment, license, or usage controls.

4. Content and Output

You retain rights to your own inputs and outputs. You grant Nebulix the limited rights needed to process contact emails, checkout plan selections, billing records, app selection, support messages, and basic website analytics only to provide, secure, support, and bill for the service.

AI and output review: Nebulix does not use customer app data submitted to the website to train AI models.

5. Billing, Refunds, and Cancellation

Suite subscriptions cover the active Nebulix apps included at the time of purchase and may expand as new apps are added. Individual app subscriptions are governed by each app policy.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Subscription terms are governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebulix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages arising from use of Nebulix.
