Subscription & Cancellation Policy
1. Plans
Nebulix offers free access of public website access. Paid access is: individual app plans and Nebulix Suite Pro or Suite Team plans shown on the pricing page.
2. Activation and Renewal
Suite subscriptions cover the active Nebulix apps included at the time of purchase and may expand as new apps are added. Individual app subscriptions are governed by each app policy.
Taxes, VAT, and currency conversion may apply depending on your location and payment method.
3. Cancellation
To cancel, downgrade, or stop renewal, email [email protected] from the account or purchase email. Access normally remains active until the end of the paid term unless the account is terminated for misuse.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
Plan changes may be handled manually. Upgrades can be activated immediately after payment confirmation. Downgrades usually apply at the next billing or renewal period unless Nebulix confirms otherwise.
5. Failed Payments and Expiry
If payment fails, expires, or is not renewed, paid features may be disabled, limited, or returned to the free tier. Data retained in browser storage remains under your control unless you clear it.
