Refund Policy
1. Overview
This policy explains when refunds are available for Nebulix paid access, licenses, subscriptions, and related Nebulix services.
2. Refund Window
New Suite customers may request a refund within 14 days of first payment unless usage is abusive, custom services were delivered, or a separate enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Consumed AI, transcription, generation, export, download, or processing usage.
- Custom onboarding, custom setup, consulting, training, or support already delivered.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, unlawful use, chargeback misuse, or Terms violations.
- Currency conversion differences, bank fees, or third-party payment fees outside Nebulix control.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the purchase email. Include the app name, account email, invoice or payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request.
5. Disputes
Please contact Nebulix before opening a chargeback so we can investigate. Unresolved payment disputes may result in license suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
